Plant Rehab After Shipment

Bare-Root shipped plants

If you received your plant bare root, remove the moss from roots, place in water for at least up to a day. This allows your plant to adjust and re hydrate before potting in a well draining potting mix.

Potted plants

If your potted plant appears to be too wet do not water it. keep in a warm dry place to help allow the moisture to evaporate out.

If your plant appears bone dry you may want to bottom water your plant. Place pot in a dish of water and wait to allow plant to soak up water from the bottom. This allows the plant to take up as much as needed.

Damage from the mail? Sometimes parcels are not treated as well as we would hope for. If there is any postal damage that has harmed the plant, please be sure to take photos right away and email them to lexxgrose@anewleafcafe.com

Returns Policy

If death occurs within 14 days of purchase a refund may be issued. For a refund to be issued photos of the plant in question as well as the order number need to be emailed to lexxgrose@anewleafcafe.com

All plants must be in their original pot as plants can occur more shock if replanted immediately after shipment in which we would not be able to issue a refund.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method on file. If there is more stock of the plant purchased a replacement can be requested instead.
